Position: Manager Facilities Organization : Cyient DLM Ltd () Work Location : Mysore Qualification : Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering with 8 10 Years Experience

• Plans organizes schedules and directs the design maintenance construction renovation and repair of all organization facilities and equipment.
• Liason works with External agencies and Statutory bodies and 100% compliances with Factories PCB Labor and Fire Dept.
• Very strong in handling UPS DG Sets Transformers Compressors Fire hydrant and sprinkler systems CCTV Access Control RO plant STP DI Plant FA & PA Systems Repairs and maintenance Preventive maintenance.
• Industrial Knowledge in handling heavy machinery.
• Must have handling external audits.
• Must be good at providing the monthly MIS reports pertaining to Utilities.
• Must have the Class1 Electrical Contractor license issued by the Govt. of Karnataka.
• Must have knowledge of optimizing the power and lead the team in handling any incidents or emergencies.
• Reduce the downtime of break downs.
• Review of Monthly Budget Vs Expenditure and have knowledge of handling various risks during regular operations.
• Monitors and inspects all buildings and equipment to ensure that utility systems are fully operational and that preventive maintenance schedules are being followed by vendors and by internal teams.
• Must adhere to the 100% statutory compliances related to Factories.
• Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations.

• May direct the safety and/or security functions of the facilities.
