Trading Product Manager - Crypto Exchange & AI Trading Platform

• Responsible for the planning, design, promotion, and management of centralized exchange trading products (e.g., Spot, Future), ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
• Perform user and market research to understand user needs within crypto exchange space, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
• Work closely with the development team to resolve any issues during product development to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor market performance of the blockchain products, conduct product optimization through data analysis.
• Regularly report on product performance and propose product improvement strategies.
• Participate in new product development initiatives and ad hoc projects

• Bachelor's degree with a strong interest and passion for blockchain industry
• Proven track records in product and project management
• In-depth financial products (future/option/spot) knowledge preferred
• A keen sense of industry trends and user needs in Blockchain, with the agility to respond quickly to market shifts.
• Possess strong data analysis skills, able to leverage data insights to guide product improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
