06/Jan/2025, 3:59:00 PM Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:- Designing and producing promotional materials for the School and the Research Institute for Bilingual Learning and Teaching, such as poster and webpage design, video recording;
- Updating webpages related to programmes and research activities;
- Providing administrative support for research tasks, including database maintenance and record-keeping;
- Supporting the coordination of research-related meetings, workshops, conferences, and events organized by the School and the Research Institute for Bilingual Learning and Teaching;
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
- A recognized bachelor's degree, with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience;
- Good at Graphic and Webpage Design, with previous experience in this beneficial;
- Competency in computer skills (including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese word processing, and graphic design software);
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective organization skills, able to attend to details, and capable of multi-tasking;
- A strong sense of responsibility and motivation, and be able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Preference will be given to those with experience in general administration/marketing and supporting services in educational settings.
