Marketing Performance Data Analyst

About the Role

• Support the day-to-day digital marketing operations including campaign management and analytics
• Create and maintain reports of paid channel performance to ensure campaigns are executed according to media plan
• Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL or Python to uncover insights and discover opportunities for optimization
• Some knowledge in digital advertising metrics and concepts, including CTR, conversion tracking, ROAS, and attribution modeling
• Work closely with engineers to evaluate data requirements for the Marketing team

About You

• 2+ years of hands-on performance/growth marketing experience or data analytics experience
• Degree in a Quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing / Business Analytics) preferred
• Mastery in SQL and working proficiency in Python, Excel, or other data analysis tools
• Proficiency in data visualization/BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker
• Some knowledge in commonly used digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Search Ad 360, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
