Building Management System (BMS) Engineer Apply locations Singapore time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id 10014664 JOB DESCRIPTION Assist in (i) the design and development of software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm, etc., (ii) preparation of P&ID diagram related to the chiller system and its BMS, and (iii) writing, debugging, and testing of the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system. Collaborate with the engineering team to gather requirements and specifications of BMS. Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams, and system configurations. Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time. Note: Candidates with substantial relevant experience will be considered for Senior BMS Engineer. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the development of BMS for chiller plants. Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
