Major Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient and quality customer services, including handling enquiries and complaints via counter services, phone calls, emails, and correspondences.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and promotion of the facilities and services of the Board.
- Providing support to clients and members of the public on the usage of the Board’s computer systems and applications.
- Assisting in the review and enhancement of facilities and services of the Board.
- Providing administrative and operational support as assigned.
- Taking up ad-hoc assignments.
- Required to wear uniforms.
- Working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 3 rest days in 2 weeks (on shift).
