Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and peripherals
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support for computing scope by phone or physical touch
- Repairing and replacing computer hardware as necessary
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably entry level specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
