Currie & Brown is looking for an Associate Director (Cost Management) to join our team in our head office in Riyadh. As an Associate Director, you'll work on and deliver pre-contract and post-contract cost management services across a portfolio of exciting projects in KSA.What will you be doing?Providing accurate estimation and cost planning advice and present to our clients.Managing a team and providing continuous development.Delivering assignments competently and professionally.Managing resources, cost, and time effectively to ensure margins are met.Providing regular feedback to the director on the commissions under your management.Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships.What do you need?BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent.Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is preferred.Previous technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.Pre-contract cost management (cost planning) experience is essential.Middle East experience is preferred.Good technical report writing, client-facing, and communication skills (both internal and external).Experience of a variety of sectors is beneficial, including hospitality, residential, retail, education, infrastructure, commercial, and leisure projects in excess of $1 billion.Experience of managing and leading pre-cost management teams within a live project environment.About UsUnlike some businesses, we prioritise the long term and honour our commitments.
