Role Summary:Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all levels, utilizing agencies, internal and external job postings, social media ads, etc., and maintaining proper records/documentation for tracking and reporting.Main Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop customized hiring strategies for each role. Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent through various niche sites and channels, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Prepare job descriptions and manage postings on the SAFE career website and other relevant job posting websites. Organize and actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events to connect with potential candidates and promote the organization. Focus on improving the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and promote company policies and procedures related to the recruitment process, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in various roles. Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.Core Competencies:Dependability: Self-driven and takes action proactively. Policy Adherence: Ability to maintain and reinforce company recruitment policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
