As a Sales Associate for our in-house projects, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our innovative services to potential customers. Your exceptional sales skills, customer service expertise, and professional presentation will contribute to the successful implementation and growth of our in-house projects. Responsibilities:Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.Actively listen to customer needs to find the best solutions to address their specific challenges.Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious goals and maintain relationships.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a cohesive.Proactively offer product demonstrations and provide additional information to showcase the benefits and value of our offerings.Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B)Valid Driving LicenceFluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality and technical industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers.Presentable appearance and professional demeanor to uphold the company's image and represent.Proven ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and attend events or trade shows as required for the project.LocationRiyadh / Saudi ArabiaApplication ProcessIf the prospect of this role resonates with you, we invite you to submit your comprehensive resume and a thoughtfully composed cover letter elucidating your motivation for seeking the Sales Associate position.
