Responsibilities:
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
Approve sales programs, promotional campaigns, and initiatives aimed at increasing market share and revenue.
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
Coordinate sales activities across different regions, divisions, or departments within the company.
Establish strategic objectives and formulate policies and programs, determine sales targets, market segments, and growth opportunities within the company.
Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Establish financial controls and administrative procedures to monitor and manage sales performance, ensure budget adherence, and profitability.
Select, mentor, and manage a team of middle managers and executives.
Qualifications:
Education: University degree or college diploma.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years as a middle manager in a related position, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
Software: Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with CRM software, basic data analysis, tracking and reporting activities and results.
Language: Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language is an asset but not required.

Salary: $100,000.00 per year
Hours: 35 hours per week
