Senior/ HR Executive (L&D) - Urgent

Responsibilities: Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Identify training needs and conduct training needs analysis to develop targeted learning solutions. Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible. Coordinate and organize employee development events, including conferences and workshops. Assist in the implementation of performance management processes and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles. Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies. Experience in designing and delivering training programs. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
