The Role As the Head of Modern Workplace, you’ll oversee the company's Windows, Mac, Mobile, Meeting Room, and Virtual Platforms, ensuring all colleagues are equipped with secure devices and virtual environments. You’ll empower employees to excel, leveraging modern technologies to create a dynamic and secure workplace. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Technical Roadmap Design: Craft and execute a forward-thinking roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture strategies.
- Supplier Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage technology suppliers to secure the best solutions.
- Risk and Control Management: Maintain a robust risk and control environment, protecting assets and ensuring compliance.
- Innovation Leadership: Drive improvements across endpoints and secure access, enhancing usability and security.
- Expert Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows, Mac, Mobile, Meeting Room, and Virtual Platforms.
- Risk & Control Expertise: Deep understanding of governance and compliance in enterprise environments.
- Visionary Leadership: Ability to design and execute strategies that enhance user experience and security.
