Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues during Windows 11 migration. Ensure device compatibility and proper configuration with Windows 11. Perform data backup and recovery to prevent data loss. Collaborate with IT team for a smooth transition to Windows 11. Document and report migration issues and challenges. Offer training and support to end-users on Windows 11. Stay updated on Windows 11 features and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in desktop support or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and migration processes. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common software. Experience with data backup, recovery, and system administration.
