Assistant Practitioner (TCM)

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
4. Possession of valid TCM Practitioner license/certification.
5. Strong knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, theories, and techniques.
6. Proficiency in acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion and other TCM modalities.
7. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to create personalized treatment plans.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals.
10. Compassionate bedside manner and a genuine desire to help others achieve optimal health.
11. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field of TCM.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their health concerns and medical history.
2. Administer acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping therapy, and other TCM modalities as appropriate.
3. Monitor patients' progress throughout the treatment process and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure comprehensive patient care.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards to follow up patient's progress and treatment outcomes.
