We are currently seeking a Project Talent Acquisition to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term employment contract. About the Job
- Execute recruitment efforts for designated projects, ensuring that the organization attracts, selects and hires the best talent in line with project timelines and requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment process for project-specific roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and project leads, to ensure alignment of talent acquisition with project needs.
- Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and headhunters as needed to expedite the hiring process for critical and specialized roles.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with company policy and legal requirements, providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing the recruitment process smoothly, representing the company’s values and culture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in project-based hiring.
- Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, able to identify and attract top talent.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in recruitment firms and headhunting environments will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate and coordinate efficiently in a project environment.
- Dynamic, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
