Job Description
This position requires a dedicated HR professional to lead and manage various HR functions within the organization.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Design and monitor compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Lead training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
