Distribution Centre Officer (Seksyen 17)

Responsibilities:

1. Control work processes in the warehouse; storage and sorting parcels. Reduce loss and damage and maximize efficiency.
2. Responsible for checking customer information to ensure it is correct according to standards and submitted on time.
3. Review and prepare reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance, addressing parcels with residual delivery problems or related issues, and implement quick fixes to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Responsible for the daily earnings summary report and examine the financial system within the responsible branch to assess the performance of day-to-day operations.
5. Perform work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
