Job Description
- Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with assigned clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify growth opportunities within your client accounts and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies to capture this business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences
- Continuously monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal leadership
- Actively participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our capabilities and drive new business
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese is compulsory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to address client concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficient in delivering presentations and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Degree in accounting
