Construction Manager (PrCM)Our client, a large EPC within the renewable energy sector, is currently looking for a Construction Manager (PrCM) to add to their team for a very exciting project.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.Registered as a Professional Construction Manager through SACPCMP.Proven track record of successful construction management experience, overseeing diverse projects of varying scales.Strong understanding of substations and overhead transmission lines.5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.Manage all aspects of construction, from pre-construction planning to project completion and handover.Supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and adherence to project specifications.Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on track and within budget.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
