At Johnson's Truck's we exceed expectations through delivering top sales, service and parts to our loyal customers throughout our region. We have an opportunity for a customer-driven Branch Manager with proven business management experience, to join and lead our Swan Hill Branch! As the branch manager, you must uphold the company values, mentor and provide guidance to our team to maintain strong presence in the Region. You will have a hands-on approach in implementing strategies that will increase team cohesiveness and productivity, meet the targeted objectives and grow and expand the business. Not to mention have a high level of customer service creating and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients What you will be responsible for:

  • Management of Branch Sales, inventory and Profit and Loss with the support of Head Office.
  • Ensure that the branch operations are performed in an efficient, safe, honest professional manner to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Work with the parts and service department on a daily basis
  • Be the key communication point for customers and branch staff
  • Ensure the branch is compliant to the company policies & laws/regulations are complied with
  • Maintain and develop regular contact with both new and regular clients, both at the branch and on-site visitation.
  • Managing branch inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels, and minimising stock losses through effective inventory control measures.
  • Ensuring employee training is up to date confirming compliance with company policies.
To be successful in the position, you will have:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and people management ability
  • Excellent time management, organisation and problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency
  • Mechanical background
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Good computer and administration skills
  • Driving License is essential
