Facade Site Manager

A leading facade company is in need of an experienced Site Manager with strong facades experience to join their team on a permanent basis. A background in working on facade projects is essential, along with solid leadership and strong communication skills.

Main duties:

1. Manage and supervise all site activities for installation of facades on commercial building projects.
2. Health and Safety, and QA/QC duties.
3. Develop and maintain communication between internal and external stakeholders, third party designers, engineering consultants, main contractors and council.
4. Organise, manage and drive installers on-site.
5. Identify and address issues that arise during the construction and installation process, working towards solutions in a methodical and systemic way.
6. Maintain accurate project documentation (site records, progress reports, QA, health and safety reports, compliance documentation).

Experience required:

1. A minimum of 3-4 years experience in facade construction in a site supervisor or site manager role.
2. Good understanding of facade systems, vertical construction, materials, methodologies.
3. The ability to manage and lead site teams effectively.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with people at any level from labourer to client.
5. Able to identify issues and mitigate risks effectively.
