- Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and systems.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure the ongoing success of process improvements.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably within IT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of IT systems and their integration with business operations.
- Experience in the electrical wholesale or retail industry is a plus.
