Management (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business process owners, key users, consultants and project managers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas of improvement and optimizations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with consultants or functional team and/or business process owners to develop system/solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing as well as post implementation support.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications and user guide. Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide Business application support and manage escalation process of issues to L2 and L3 team (consultants).
  • Manage change request and ensure all changes comply to change management policy.
  • All employees are expected to demonstrate a flexible approach in the delivery of work within the department. They are required to be proactive members of the team and work closely with all other members to ensure both timely and best outcomes are achieved for all stakeholders. Support ad-hoc project work and provide expertise where necessary as well as undertake any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.

Person Specifications

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology or related field.
  • Proven experience (1 year +) working as Solution architecture/application support, preferably in ERP system.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to establish and maintain open/trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to nurture collaborative partnerships and work towards a common goal.
  • Able to contribute and encourage new ideas and approaches to support business growth; demonstrate openness to and enthusiasm for new initiatives.
  • Able to display accountability for team and personal decisions/outcomes and take proactive actions to achieve results.
  • Able to understand and prioritize stakeholders’ needs/expectations and develop solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Able to appreciate the complex interrelationships between external factors and internal business operations.
  • Able to nurture the culture of learning organisation.
  • Exhibits high level of integrity, professionalism, objectivity, personal accountability, and ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
