Head of Marketing, Wellington CBD $130,000-$140,000 plus parking

Ready for a new opportunity for the New Year? This market leader in the Property and Real Estate sector is seeking a driven, strategic, and brand-savvy Head of Marketing. Leading a settled team of four, you will provide guidance, strategic direction, commercial nous, and marketing expertise to drive growth, customer acquisition, and retention. This is a role where you can genuinely make a difference to an already strong and reputable business with multiple brands. The job content will include:

2. CRM Technology, Digital and Data
3. Lead and Sales Generation
4. Advertising, Media and Supplier Management
5. Sponsorship, Community, Social Engagement
6. Projects

This is a medium-sized business where you will need to be strategically capable yet hands-on and operationally willing. The size of this organisation means you get a seat at the leadership table; your expertise and knowledge will count, and you will be able to influence the things that matter. 1. 5 years + in a similar leadership role
2. Live and breathe the brand you represent
3. Proven, current experience marketing a strong brand
4. Strategic mindset with a clear focus on brand optimisation
5. Experience in setting, managing, and reporting on marketing budgets
6. Great management skills and the ability to upskill your team
7. A history of setting up, managing, and delivering on various campaigns
8. Able to manage and deal with a range of internal stakeholder needs
9. Experienced in managing partnerships with media and other strategic partners
10. Great presentation skills and not afraid to be in front of a group of people
11. Have strong technology and digital skills
