Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Language requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and demonstrates responsibility, honesty, and high integrity.
- Open-minded with a strong perseverance attitude.
- Proactive and skilled in time management.
Leadership and Strategy
- Lead the IT department with vision, direction, and motivation for a diverse team.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to align with business goals and client service delivery.
- Align IT services with client objectives, ensuring successful IT outsourcing projects and preventive maintenance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate relevant innovations.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, translating their requirements into IT solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for client escalations, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings, offering expert insights on IT capabilities and outsourcing solutions.
Operations and Service Delivery
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and outsourcing solutions.
- Monitor and ensure quality, efficiency, and security of IT services, including IT ticketing systems.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure successful project delivery within timelines, budget, and scope.
Team Management and Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop IT professionals, including system administrators and IT support engineers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans.
Security and Compliance
- Ensure IT systems and client data security with robust cybersecurity and disaster recovery practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and client requirements.
Budget and Resources Management
- Develop and manage the IT budget for both internal and client projects.
- Optimize technology, processes, and tools to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Drive innovation in IT services, enhancing processes, service delivery, and technology.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve client outcomes and business efficiency.
