AlUla Club is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales and Retail Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing retail operations to ensure a fantastic shopping experience for our customers. You will oversee retail teams, develop sales initiatives, and work collaboratively with marketing to promote products effectively.Your leadership skills and passion for sales will be essential in achieving revenue targets and creating a customer-centric retail environment. We are looking for an individual who can inspire others and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presenceAnalyze market trends and consumer data to inform sales tactics and promotional activitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of retail outlets to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryOptimize store layouts, merchandising, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunitiesSet performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to assess team and individual productivityEnsure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout all retail interactionsGather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the shopping experienceDevelop and manage the retail budget, monitoring expenses to ensure profitabilityPrepare financial reports and analysis for the Commercial Operations DirectorBuild and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality product availabilityNegotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable termsCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales eventsUtilize various channels to enhance retail branding and visibilityTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of retail strategiesImplement improvements based on performance data and industry best practicesManage retail operations for club-branded apparel, including player kits, ensuring inventory levels meet demandRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field+8 years of experience in sales and retail management, preferably in a similar industry
