Job Title: Senior Technical Lead Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: 7 - 10 years Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (or a related field). Relevant certifications in CAD and other technical software are a plus. Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Atto Atelier. The ideal candidate will bring 7 -10 years of experience in technical roles within architecture or construction projects. You will be responsible for leading the technical coordination of projects, ensuring the delivery of accurate and well-managed technical drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation. Your civil or structural engineering background will complement our design-driven approach to project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Drawing Review & Management: Manage drawing review and delivery, ensuring alignment with design and construction standards.
- BOQ Preparation: Lead BOQ preparation and review of technical documents.
- Drafting & Detailing: Provide technical expertise in drafting, detailing, and revising drawings using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Site Coordination: Coordinate with site teams to ensure construction follows approved designs and resolve technical issues.
- Project Documentation: Setup and Maintain systematic management of technical documents.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, interns, and project managers to optimize project outcomes.
- Construction Knowledge: Apply construction knowledge from design development to build phase.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior staff, ensuring technical excellence and best construction practices.
- 7-10 years in architecture or civil/structural engineering, with focus on drafting, BOQs, and drawing management.
- Experience in an architecture office or architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Keen attention to detail in reviewing drawings.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
