Kitchen Roast strives to offer the taste of the world on a plate for all food enthusiasts. Role Description This is a full time role for a Head Chef and Kitchen Head at Kitchen Roast. The role involves overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, supervising food preparation, managing inventory, and ensuring quality and presentation standards. This is an on-site position located in Mumbai. Qualifications
- Culinary skills, Menu planning, and Food preparation experience
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
