Redimed is searching for a State Coordinator – Hand, Upper Limb and Physiotherapy to join our team as part of our expansion into Queensland. With three sites in Spring Hill, McKay and our flagship clinic in Eagle Farm, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead and grow our hand, upper limb and physiotherapy services. The successful candidate will coordinate a team to provide clients with personalised and holistic treatment programs in order to achieve clinical excellence. Reporting to the National Manager – Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, join a growing company with over 15 years of proven success. About You We are seeking someone with:

• Tertiary qualification within Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Full AHPRA registration
• Minimum 5 years experience in hand and upper limb therapy
• Accredited Hand Therapist as awarded by AHTA (desirable), or working towards accreditation
• Extensive experience in assessment, planning and intervention in the area of hand and upper limb, including diagnosis, orthoses fabrication, treatment and discharge planning
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical development and quality improvement
• High level time management and communication skills
• Experience supervising graduates, experienced therapists and/or students therapists
