They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Projects to lead their project management, coordination, and engineering teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of all project services, overseeing everything from design and quoting to delivery. You will have direct oversight of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and the Head of the Project Engineering Team, ensuring efficient and high-quality outcomes for clients. Key to your success will be previous experience leading project teams within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and expertise in resource management and capacity planning.   • Strategic Leadership : Lead and mentor the Project Management team, guiding the strategic direction of project services to align with company objectives.
  • Project Oversight & Execution :Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, implementing best practices and risk management.
  • Quoting & Design Desk Oversight :Manage the quoting and design function for efficient, accurate project proposals and collaboration with sales and technical teams.
  • Resource Management :Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to align with project demands and timelines.
  • Process Improvement :Identify and implement improvements for streamlined workflows, scalability, and productivity.
  • Client Relations :Act as a senior contact for clients, maintaining satisfaction and aligning projects with business outcomes.
  • Team Development : Build high-performing teams through recruitment, development, and mentorship.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management leadership, preferably within an MSP or technology company.
  • Strong team management experience and proven success in an MSP environment.
  • Required experience in resource management and capacity planning.
