About the Role We are seeking an experienced AWS System Administrator with 5+ years as a System Administrator and 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS. The ideal candidate is highly dependable and capable of making critical decisions independently when needed. This role involves managing our clients’ servers through the AWS Organization system to ensure security, isolation, and scalability. Given the sensitive nature of the data, including names, addresses, and custodial crypto wallets, this individual must be thoroughly vetted and adhere to the highest security standards. Responsibilities

  • Server Management : Administer and manage client servers through the AWS Organization system , ensuring platform isolation to avoid cross-impact (e.g., SES issues).
  • Security and Compliance : Handle highly sensitive data with utmost security, including personal information and custodial crypto wallet data.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Regularly monitor server performance, ensure uptime, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Decision-Making : Take appropriate technical decisions independently to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Logging and Reporting : Maintain and utilize logs for account and platform management.
Must-Haves Experience :
  • 5+ years as a System Administrator .
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS .
  • In-depth knowledge of the AWS Organization system , including server isolation and log management.
  • Expertise in managing security for sensitive data, including crypto-related systems.
Skills :
  • Strong decision-making ability in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and adherence to data security best practices.
Good-to-Have
  • Familiarity with crypto wallets and related security protocols.
  • Experience with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
  • Background in logging and monitoring tools.
