Billing Engineer

Billing Engineer - MEP Responsibilities:

1. Utilize engineering expertise to prepare accurate and detailed billing documentation like Abstract of project, MIR, Work Inspection Report (measurements), PI, TI.
2. Crosschecking certified measurements against BOQ.
3. Coordination with project coordinator, client engineer for bill certifications.
4. Follow up with contractor for bill certification.
5. Follow up with account department for bill payments and certification.
6. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine billing requirements.
7. Work closely with project managers and site engineers to track progress and validate billing milestones.
8. Support billing managers in resolving technical billing issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
9. Follow up with client for payment.

• degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or a related field.
• Experience in billing within the MEP industry.
• Good understanding of project contracts and billing terms.
• Excellent in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
