Interested candidates can review the job description below and apply with us.Responsibilities:Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Able to handle pressure and maintain balance between client & team.Client-first approach.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant team members and ensuring proper technical feasibility.Ensure that resources are available and allocated to projects.Plan and track projects according to company processes.Use correct methods to verify techniques and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Escalate issues quickly if required.Manage client relationships effectively.Create and maintain proper project documentation.Provide design and development support for new technologies/platforms that are recommended and adopted.Design and build complex applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and high reliability.Provide regular status updates to clients and project stakeholders.Conduct weekly code reviews of the work.Deal with US and Canada-based customers; timing shouldn't be an issue. No night shifts required.Conduct daily calls with customers for status updates.Hold weekly review meetings of projects with clients.Requirements:8+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project management on Dot Net Core.Experience in Agile methodology.Proven leadership skills.Expertise in conflict resolution.Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Sound knowledge of project estimation.Able to manage multiple assignments.Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.Proficiency with software tools like Basecamp, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.Mandatory Technical Skill Set:Dotnet Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Bootstrap CSS, Ajax, Web Service, WCF, WEB API, LINQ with SQL, ADO.NET, Lambda Expressions, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2012/16, Stored Procedures, AWS.
