Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Responsibilities:
- To prepare defects aging reports.
- To handle both customers and property maintenance complaints on defects works.
- Attend and coordinate all site matters with architect, contractors, and consultants (technical or non-technical).
- Monitor, control and ensure Quality Control is carried out in order to achieve the required quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts, regulation, by-laws and others.
- Observe, comply and be conversant with all rules and regulation affecting the Company’s business from time to time as may be introduced thereto.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. Candidates must possess strong written communication skills, emphasizing clarity, grammar, and structure, to assist in drafting Approving Authority Matrices, Terms of Reference, Policies, and Manuals.
- Prior experience in technical writing, policy documentation, or content development is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize complex information clearly, and familiarity with business or legal writing are desirable.
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and other document formatting tools is advantageous.
