Here’s how you can help. Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide mechanical simulations and solutions for edge-cutting flash memory products.
- Develop inhouse structural simulation automation platform based on commercial softwares (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus).
- Predict and define structural risks and mechanisms using simulation tools for electronic packaging design, assembly and reliabilities.
- Material characterization for simulation accuracy and efficiency improvement
- PHDor Master with 5+ year'sexperience (PHD is preferred)
- Education background in mechanical Engineering, mechanics and material science, etc.
- Professional in programing with Python or other languishes (Python is preferred)
- Have a basic knowledge in algorithm and coding ofmachine learning, AI.
- Have a good understanding in solid mechanics, finite element method, material mechanical behaviors.
- On-hand experience in mechanical simulations is preferred (SolidWorks/ANSYS/ABAQUS).
- Be outgoing, and eager to learn, innovate and succeed.
