BRIKEN Group are expanding, and we are now seeking an Electrical Supervisor to provide efficient day-to-day electrical support to our Muswellbrook Team. • $200,000 salary package (Vehicle included)• 4 Day Working Week • Relocation assistance and accommodation provided if required • Full Time position - immediate start About the Company BRIKEN Group is a successful locally owned and operated company specializing in power generation and distribution, mine compliance, electrical, mechanical and fabrication services. About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Muswellbrook. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting our Electrical Team in day-to-day operations across several mine sites. Reporting directly to the Electrical Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule and to client and company expectations. Selection Criteria To be successful in this role, you will possess the following: Required: • Previous Supervisory experience in a similar role (Minimum 2 Years’ experience)• Australian recognised Electrical Trade Certificate/Certificate of Proficiency • Order 43 Pre-placement Medical (or willingness to obtain one)• Current Australian Driver’s License • LV/CPR • Construction White Card • Have an unwavering commitment to safety and an attitude that drives a zero-harm workplace Desirable: • HV Switching accreditation (or willingness to complete qualification) • G1, G8, G9 - (formally S1, S2, S3)• Proven CHPP or other heavy industry experience • Confined Spaces • High Risk Work Ticket • Working at Heights • Local Hunter Valley mine site inductions • End to end project delivery • Proven ability to lead a successful team What’s in it for you?• $200,000 Salary package • 4 Day Working Week!
