Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the campaign/marketing team to develop innovative and engaging visual assets for onsite.
- Conceptualize and create eye-catching graphics, including but not limited to banners, social media posts, etc.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements, adhering to the Alibaba International brand guidelines.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with design trends and apply them to improve campaign aesthetics and user engagement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least two years of working experience, preferably in the e-Commerce field.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
