Join our growing Real Estate Finance team as a Senior Analyst handling the Contract Administration process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate. This role involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage and perform contract and IFRS16 administration
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Enforce operational control and quality of Contract Management
  • Administer external and internal contracts in the internal space and contract management system
  • Perform the internal space administration associated with internal occupancy
  • Monitor and record changes in occupancy across all sites
  • Report and validate data transmitted via interfaces to other reporting systems
  • Provide periodic reporting of all contract management activities (Space, vacancy, etc.)
  • Provide data and validate all transfer of data to subsequent reporting systems (SAP, IFRS16 Tool, etc.)
  • Provide support to Country BAs on processing of all contract administration related processes
  • Answer queries on standard data raised by Country BAs
  • Review purchase order account assignment according to internal business structure requirements

What You Bring

  • At least secondary education or equivalent, with a preference for a university degree or relevant experience in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years work experience team or project lead experience
  • Experience in Contracts management, Real Estate, administrative and/or financial processes
  • Relevant experience in accounting, including hands-on experience handling lease accounting as per IFRS16
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Office
  • Proficient in Financial Applications (SAP) is desirable
  • As the individual will be responsible for managing the China market, hence proficiency in Mandarin is preferred and will be considered an additional advantage
  • Great teammate with strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excels in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adapt quickly and embrace new opportunities and challenges
  • Dedicated and skilled at working effectively across global and virtual teams, fostering collaboration and achieving shared objectives
