Work Schedule: 5 days work, 1 rest day per week Fixed shifts: Morning: 6:50 AM – 3:10 PM Afternoon: 2:40 PM – 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent service. Handle cash and card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS). Perform daily opening, closing, and cash reconciliation for POS and BSS systems. Provide bag-wrapping services and promote baggage services or related products. Conduct baggage inspections in adherence to security procedures and airport regulations. Ensure store cleanliness and maintain a professional image at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Requirements: Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately. Must be able to lift heavy objects. Willing to work on a fixed shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
