Project Coordinator (Civil) / Construction Project Administrator #68684 Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Consulting Firm (Construction) Position Title: Project Coordinator (Civil) / Construction Project Administrator Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Jurong East) Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri - 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM) Salary: Up to SGD 3000 + Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Perform project administrative coordination and other administrative tasks. Prepare, submit, and monitor project claims and invoices as directed. Maintain office files, correspondence, documentation, and inspection equipment. Assist the Director/Senior Management with daily operations as assigned. Assist the Director/Senior Management with tendering and bidding for projects. Carry out technical tasks in the office and field as directed. Minimum Requirements Min. Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering or Building. Training provided to the inexperienced candidate. Experience in the Built Environment or Heritage Built environment will be an added point. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
