Responsibilities:

• Assist Maintenance Manager to monitor and follow up maintenance schedules.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Maintain 5’s at workplace and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines, and regulations.
• Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to maintenance workers.
• Ensure all machines are well maintained and in good condition at all times.
• Ensure any spare parts received or delivered are without damage or losses and in the correct quantity.
• Maintain machines’ maintenance records and reports properly.
• Ensure all maintenance tools are sufficient and kept in good condition at all times.
• Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
• Report to superiors on any abnormal situations.
• Other ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in service and troubleshooting of machines or auxiliary equipment in a relevant field.
• Skilled in conducting equipment inspections to identify and facilitate/conduct repair of machinery.
• Good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Communication and interpersonal management skills.
• Knowledge of basic electrical works and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with printing machines (Offset and Flexo) technology.
• Knowledge of printing machines' functions.
