Requirements Role: Agile Coach Location: Perth Only Open for Permanent or Fixed Term Contract (12 months) Highly desirable candidate would have:

• SAFe SPC Certified (If not, SAFe LPM Certification and SAFe POPM Certification)
• Lean Six Sigma background/worked with flow metrics
• Value Stream mapping experience
• Tools Knowledge: JIRA , Collaboration Tools (Miro/Mural/Whiteboard)
• Strong content creation abilities/experience
• Facilitation and prioritization (WSJF Model), ability to align/influence Senior Leadership – high levels of competence required
• SAFe Training Experience for different specialised roles: PO , PM, Architects , RTE, SM
• Ability to fit content to the context
• Leads and participates in Community of Practice
• Team player and adaptive – willing to adapt to and contribute to WP Ways Of Working
• Innovation and problem solving mindset : find solutions with available resources and then scale rather than waiting for purist adoption of Body of Knowledge
• Ability to work independently in client environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
