JOB TITLE: Global POND’S Senior Brand Manager JOB LOCATION: Singapore MAIN JOB PURPOSE: The POND’S brand has recently undergone a major transformation, and this role is pivotal in ensuring the continuity, consistency, and growth of that transformation. The role involves leadership in innovation design, overseeing POND’S Horizon 3 global innovation and communication development as well as POND’S Masterbrand strategy. Additionally, this role will spearhead POND’S digital transformation by driving strategic digital, social, and PR initiatives to further elevate the brand’s presence globally. JOB DESCRIPTION: Global Innovation & Communication Development
- Lead the Horizon 3 Innovations for Pond’s Globally: Spearhead the next major relaunch of POND’s, planned for 2026/2027.
- Co-Lead Future Envisioning & Masterbrand Strategy: Develop strategies to position POND’s as a Masstige and Expert brand, specifically in the 3 o’clock space.
- End-to-End Innovation Management: Identify business opportunities, gather consumer insights, create product propositions, and manage cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance), along with external agencies, to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) new product launches.
- Localization & Stakeholder Management: Tailor global project mixes to meet the competitive landscape and local market insights. Digital, Social, & PR Leadership:
- Digital Transformation: Lead the digital-first integrated communications strategy for POND’S, focusing on social and influencer marketing, eCommerce acceleration, beauty tech, and PR.
- Others Say Strategy: Develop and execute a robust "Others Say" strategy, influencing the brand team and markets to achieve excellence in digital and influencer marketing.
- eCommerce Growth: Identify and execute strategic levers to accelerate POND’s eCommerce growth globally.
- Innovative Digital Solutions: Drive the creation and implementation of digital solutions that embody the brand’s point of view.
- Beauty Tech Leadership: Enhance POND’s beauty tech platform, working towards ambitious user acquisition targets through collaboration with retail partners, developers, and brand teams.
- Innovation Funnel Sufficiency: Ensure a robust pipeline of innovative products.
- Brand Health & Equity: Partner with BU key stakeholders to sustain and grow the brand’s market share.
- 8-Quarter Rolling Plan Delivery: Execute brand and innovation strategies effectively within the agreed timelines.
- Digital & PR Excellence: Establish best practices in digital, social, and PR, ensuring high engagement and strong results.

- Bachelor degree or above;
- Minimum 8 years in marketing, with significant experience in NPD, digital marketing, and people management. Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, drive innovation, and manage digital transformation. Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
