Play a vital role in recruiting and training new nurses and other healthcare professionals. About the Role Oversee the day-to-day operations in a nursing home. Lead and manage clinical staff to deliver quality patient care. Ensure compliance and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and participate in quality improvement projects to improve care standards. Plan and be responsible for the manpower budget. Conduct research and propose improvement ideas, project proposals for management review. What We Are Looking For Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with valid AED/BCLS. Registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board, with a valid Practising Certificate. At least 5 years of clinical management experience. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, budget experience, and ability to work independently and in a team-based environment. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
