We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Senior Supervisor - Piping to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all piping construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, leading a team of construction workers, monitoring progress, and resolving any on-site issues. The Construction Senior Supervisor - Piping must possess in-depth knowledge of piping systems, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry is required. A relevant degree or certification is preferred. Join us and be part of our exciting projects!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate piping construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Supervise a team of piping technicians and contractors to ensure efficient and safe installation of piping systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress and identify any deviations from the project plans.
  • Review and interpret piping drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures by conducting safety inspections and promoting a safety-first work culture.
  • Manage material procurement, inventory control, and logistics related to piping construction activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in piping construction.
  • Participate in project meetings and reporting to update stakeholders on the progress of piping construction activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of work activities, resources utilized, and project milestones to support project documentation and reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision with a focus on piping.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of piping materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
  • Experience in coordinating and directing a team of piping workers on construction sites.
