Job Summary This position involves leading the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance organizational growth and support sales efforts within the construction sector. Major duties include developing the corporate brand entity, defining key performance indicators, identifying new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with business unit heads to develop innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive corporate brand strategy in consultation with business unit heads. Establish clear key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities through strategic marketing planning. Collaborate with business unit heads to design and implement innovative marketing strategies. Efficiently allocate resources across various marketing initiatives to maximize return on investment. Foster strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and repeat business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and adapt to industry changes. Pursue professional development opportunities through industry associations and networking events. Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience). Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
