This position plays an important role in shaping the Ribena and future brand’s future, driving innovation and strategy, and ensuring the brand portfolio meetings the ever-evolving demands of our Seikatsusha and market while aligning with organizational goal. This role is critical in driving brand growth, profitability, and equity while ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. HOW YOU CAN ADD VALUE? Brand Growth : Drive Ribena’s growth and profitability through strategic initiatives. Innovation : Oversee innovation pipeline and manage new products aligned with market trends. Project Leadership : Lead and execute brand strategies, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives. Market Insights : Conduct Gemba to understand consumer needs and market trends, turning insights into actionable plans. Stakeholder Management : Liaise with Cluster Asia and BUs to align on key initiatives and strategic priorities. Creative Strategy : Develop and execute Ribena’s creative strategy with agencies. Budget Control : Manage the budget for Ribena’s development costs, A&M, and consumer research. Market Analysis : Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and define brand positioning. ARE YOU THE ONE? Minimum of 4+ years at Brand Manager level or equivalent, preferably with experience across different geographies. Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and marketing skills. Good knowledge and experience in brand marketing and project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Good communication and networking abilities. Demonstrated innovative and creative skills. Willingness to Travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
