Industry: Construction in landed / A&A & Civil works Working time: Monday to Friday (8.30 - 5.30pm) & Saturday (8.30 - 5.30pm) / Part Time Role Available Responsibilities: Coordinate with Architect, Structural, M&E members and other team members to resolve any challenges. Produce & review architectural drawings, solving technical issues. Meetings, site supervision & coordination with sub-contractors, consultants, and other necessary parties. Prepare drawings for construction; as-built drawings for submission, Authority compliances, documents, and approval. Qualifications: Familiar with URA, JTC, SCDF, MPA, LTA, PUB, NParks, NEA Regulations for A&A for building works, including external works. At least 5 years of project management and site experience in building construction, civil, and structural projects. Working experience in Residential, Commercial & Mixed Development projects.
