Head of Sales Location: Islandwide Employment Type: Full Time Level: Manager Experience: 8 years Salary: $8,500 to $17,000 Monthly Job ID: MCF-2024-1696821 We are looking for a high-performing and dynamic Sales Head managing & delivering revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, and secure large multi-year deals. Responsibilities: Understand Infosys Compaz (iCompaz) solutions and services. Work with internal solution and delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, and contract negotiation. Provide appropriate solutions to clients to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build a strong pipeline of large deals and drive them to win, focusing on new clients. Develop and expand a portfolio of clients. Present, promote, and sell services using solid sales plans to existing and prospective customers. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Oversee a team of Sales leaders to achieve optimal outcomes in winning large deals and managing CXO relationships. Engage consultatively with CXOs of target clients. Requirements: Degree holder. Proven success in similar roles within IT system integration companies, managed services, or software and services. Proven expertise in opening new strategic accounts and driving sales processes from planning to closing large deals exceeding SGD 50 million. Experience in both hunting and mining. Possess current C-level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
